What a day
I got up this morning like every other morning except that this morning I had to drive up to snow road in cleveland with my dad to pickup our durango. we got up there and figured out the reason it ripped the drive belt was because of a seized water pump. Dad and I proceded to Midas where we got them to call a tow truck to tow it two blocks to the shop to work on it. in the mean time it started to snow... big time. We made our way back to the house in medina where my grandparents and my greatgrandfather are in for christmas. By the time we got back to the house we already had nearly an extra two inches of snow on the ground. this is on top of the four that was there already from the previous snow we had recieved a few days earlier. We got to the house and dad, daddy Bob, and I started working on our mitsubishi galant to get the window washer fluid pump working. needless to say the pump was bad so we had to go to autozone to get a new one. We all piled up in my Jimmy and drove into town, got a new pump, and then came back to the house and installed it in the car. Now it was safe for Tasha, my stepmother, to go to work because now she had window washer fluid to clean her window while driving in the snow storm. By this time it was Noon and therefore lunch time. We all made sandwiches for lunch and then Tasha went to sit airport alert at Hopkins. Frank called me from out at Skypark and said that Dan was griping about the wooden ravens and the paddle he wanted hung in his room so I had dad drive me out to Skypark and drop me off so that I could assist Frank. Since I had the only working vehicle at the time, Dad dropped me off and took my Jimmy to run errands with Daddy Bob and Grand Daddy Bob. Confusing huh? GETS WORSE!
The thick part of the snowstorm hit us around 4-5 pm... about the same time that dad came and dropped my jimmy off to me because his durango was finished. Grand daddy Bob and I drove home together in teh snow storm and shared some great stories about world war 2. We got home and I immediatly went to work on shoveling the driveway. An hour later I was finished and My grandmother had finished cooking supper. She maed pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and banana pudding! it was great!
Dinner was over and we all retired to the living room and watched a little television while the kids went to bed. Around 9 pm everone except for me and daddy bob went to bed. We finished watching one of those corny christmas movies and then retired ourselves around 10 pm. Since then I have just been surfing the internet and chatting to Sarah on AOLIM. Well If I donot update between now and then, then I wish you all A Merry Christmas!
